Somewhere in the vastness of space lies the planet H12. One day, this Earth-like world comes under attack by space kaiju from another dimension. As the planet falls into ruin, a lone survivor escapes and makes his way to Earth.

That survivor is Teo: a lonely alien destined to become Ultraman.

Now living on Earth as Ibuki Mitsuishi, a third-year veterinary student at Meishin University, he enjoys a peaceful university life. Though he still struggles to adapt to Earth's customs, he forms deep bonds with the animals he loves.

But when the very same space kaiju that destroyed his home world suddenly attack Earth, the planet is plunged into crisis once again.
